I am now looking at sorting out a date for the next roast, the date I have in mind is the 9th September 2010 if this is OK with you. I just wanted to let you know what a great success Friday was. Everybody had a fabulous time and we received huge praise for the catering! The food was absolutely delicious and it was all professionally presented and served.

Dear George,
A huge thank you to your team for all the work undertaken on Saturday
that made such a big contribution to a successful wedding party. We have
had many compliments about the quality of the food provided and how
pleasant our caterers were. I know they sorted out several problems for
me such as the muddled place settings and washing the vintage china that
went well beyond our contract. We were so lucky with the weather on the
day as everything that we had envisaged was able to come about. Please
pass on my thanks to all concerned. Cate phoned me from her hotel to say
it had been the most perfect wedding and everything she had hoped for.
