Formal thanks to follow when we get back from honeymoon but I just wanted to say a sincere thank you to you and your team for providing such an exceptional service. The food was spectacular (though unfortunately, due to nerves I was unable to eat properly for 2 days either side of my wedding... I did taste it though and it was fantastic!!) but I was especially impressed by the service. We had a misunderstanding with our bar and so the wine had not been put out on the tables... I mentioned to your wife that we were running a bit late on the speeches while we dished out the glasses and wine bottles (which our best man and ushers had started doing) and the next thing I know, your team were all hands on deck and the wine was out in less than 2 minutes... they really didn't need to do that so thank you so very much. When I have a little more time, I will write a glowing testimonial on your website.

Thank you again for all your help and apologies for being a rather uncommunicative bride! Your service and quality of food and delivery is fantastic and I will definitely be recommending you to friends and family.

It's been a bit of a whirlwind since the wedding and our feet have barely touched the ground... honeymoon, 60th birthday weekend, another wedding, moving house, buying furniture....busy busy. But I just wanted to say a big thank you and that we were very happy with everything you did for our big day. We had many great comments from our guests too - thank you very much for all your hard work.

The day was perfect for the two of us and everything seemed to have run seemlessly - a great testiment to you and your team. The canapes were superb, as was the main course. I saw many happy people tucking into the pudding and, although I didn't have any myself, it looked to have been served fantastically too.

We were/are planning to write our thankyou's using snail mail but we have been waiting to get our wedding photos back to make cards. So you can expect a proper thank you card at some point soonish.

Just wanted to say how very grateful we both are for providing the catering at our wedding last week. You were so helpful in the run up to the event and put my mind at ease from the start. I can't tell you how many compliments we received on the quality of the canapes, pig roast and overall service. It surpassed all our of expectations and it made such a positive impact on the whole day. I have already recommended you to a couple I met who are hiring the barn later this year and I will continue to sing your praises to everyone who needs a brilliant caterer! Thank you!

I believe you may have left some cutlery at the barn - silver knives and forks? I wasn't sure what to do so I took them home so they didn't get picked up by someone else. Let me know where to send them I shall pop them in the post asap.

We both appreciate that our choice of venue didn't make your jobs very easy but your 'can do' attitude was fantastically refreshing (compared with others) and the day really wouldn't have been possible without it!
